Returns

We hope that you will love your purchase from Stretch Frames + Framing but we understand that you may wish to return your item(s)*.

If you wish to return an item that you have purchased online, please inform us via email at hello@stretchframes.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We must then receive the item(s) within the next 14 days.

We can only accept returned items that are unused and in their original as new condition. Items must be in their original intact packaging. Returned items must be in fully re-saleable condition.

Once we have received the returned item, we will send you a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back. We will refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you used for the original purchase.

*Ready-to-Hang frames only. Frames ordered through the Made-to-Measure service are bespoke and therefore non-refundable/returnable.

Made to Measure Service.

By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the terms and designs provided to you.

The deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid a deposit for a bespoke frame(s) which has been designed for you and then do not pay the balance, your deposit will not be refunded.

Once the frame(s) is completed you will be sent an invoice for the remainder of the amount agreed plus the delivery charge. All bespoke orders are sent via courier and are tracked and signed for.

As this order is bespoke it is non returnable/refundable.
